Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the service is completed safely and efficiently, we kindly ask that:

● All windows and doors are securely closed

● Vehicles are moved away from the work area where possible

● Fragile outdoor items are removed or secured

● Access to an outdoor water supply is available if required

● We are informed of any existing leaks, damage, electrical concerns, loose paint, sensitive plants, or other property-related issues

Our Cleaning Process

Step 1 - Site Inspection

We inspect the property to identify any areas of concern, access requirements, delicate surfaces, or pre-existing damage.

We also tape and protect electrical outlets where necessary and pre-soak surrounding plants and vegetation to help minimise the risk of chemical exposure or damage.

Step 2 - Property Protection

We prepare the work area and ensure all cleaning methods are appropriate for the surfaces being treated. Nearby plants and vegetation are thoroughly pre-watered and protected where necessary before any cleaning solutions are applied.

Step 3 - Application of Treatment

Where required, soft wash solutions are applied to break down mould, algae, dirt, and organic growth before cleaning begins.

Our treatment mixture typically contains sodium hypochlorite, water, and specialised surfactants that help the solution adhere effectively to surfaces for a deeper and longer-lasting clean.

Step 4 - Professional Cleaning

Using the appropriate combination of pressure washing and soft washing techniques, we safely clean the specified surfaces while minimising the risk of damage.

Step 5 - Final Rinse & Quality Check

All treated areas are thoroughly rinsed and inspected to ensure a professional finish and complete customer satisfaction.

Step 6 - After-Treatment Application

Where appropriate, we apply an after-treatment solution containing Benzalkonium Chloride. This treatment continues working after the clean by helping reduce the regrowth of mould, algae, and organic build-up, keeping surfaces cleaner for longer.

At KiwiWash LTD, safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering exceptional results while treating your property with care and respect.

If you have any questions before your service, please do not hesitate to contact us.
